Dill yogurt, pickled red chilies assorted chutneys

Paired with: Piquey Bons, 2%. Made with Cab Frac Grapes from Pearl Morisette.

Second

Crispy Alu Vadi

Taro leaves layered with besan, served with tamarind chutney

Paired with: Sun Bird Pale Ale, 5%. Hops from Yakima Valley, Bright notes of tangerine

Third

IPA Steamed Curried Clams

Clams cooked in IPA beer, coconut, curry leaves

Paired with: Ducks IPA 6.3%. Hint of tropical fruits, juicy, fruity and smooth

Fourth

Beer Vindaloo

Pork shoulder cooked in dark beer, malt vinegar, special spice mix

Paired with: ALT, German-style Altbier, 4.5%. Notes of Pretzels, caramel, toffee finish

Fifth

Cardamom Blueberry Tart

Sour beer reduction, lemon honey, nutmeg cream

Paired with: Cherry B, 5.2%, Sour Beer made with Niagara cherries
