Our kitchen team has crafted the spiciest curry you will ever eat.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it is to finish the entire dish without a single sip of water or any other beverage!

Our secret weapon is a custom spice mix featuring two of the world's most infamous chillies:

• Bhut Jolokia (Ghost Pepper): Originating from Northeast India, the Ghost Pepper measures between 855,000 and 1,041,427 Scoville Heat Units (SHU).

Once certified as the world's hottest chilli, it is over 400 times hotter than standard Tabasco sauce and roughly 200 times hotter than a mild jalapeño.

• Carolina Reaper: The second chilli in our mix scales a staggering 1,400,000 to 2,200,000 SHU, averaging roughly 1.6 million SHU.

This extreme pepper is about 175 to 880 times hotter than a typical jalapeño!
